If you wish to go further, we suggest to first try amicable dispute resolution, which is faster, cheaper and more conducive of a result that both parties are happy with. We will gladly use the online mediation platform 'Belmed' provided by the Belgian Federal Public Service 'Economy'. You will find further information about Belmed here. The European Union has its own platform for online dispute resolution you may choose to use.
